Konstantin spielt ein sehr seltenes Set von 6 sog. Planeten Gongs, die auf die Orbital-Frequenzen von Planeten eingestimmt sind. ![]()
Die Art des sanften Spielens hat eine ausgleichende Wirkung auf Körper, Geist, und Seele. ![]()

Bitte kommen sie 15 min vorher. ![]()
Es wird um 20:00 Uhr erst eine mündliche Einführung geben, bei der sie auch gerne ihre Fragen stellen können. Die Einführung dient auch der Einstimmung für die nachfolgende 1-stündige Meditation.![]()
Insgesamt dauert die Veranstaltung etwa 1.5 Stunden.![]()

Es sind nicht für alle Teilnehmer Yogamatten vorhanden, bitte bringen sie daher ihre eigene Matte mit.![]()
Wenn sie es ganz bequem möchten, dann nehmen sie auch ein kleines Kissen und eine Decke mit.![]()
Und vergessen sie nicht eine verschließbare Flasche Trinkwasser mit einzupacken.![]()
